On behalf of the Western Pennsylvania Repeater Council Incorporated,
Board of Directors and the Special Committee Chairpersons, I am happy to
announce that we have beat our personal goal to publish meeting notes
within one month of the end of the meeting.  As you will see a lot was
accomplished November 17th.

Before we go further we have a favor to ask.... To each of you who
attended the November 17th Special Meeting, please give the November
meeting notes a careful read and send us any requested changes "ASAP" to
sec at wprcinfo.org Your help and fast reply will help make January's
meeting even more efficient.  I realize this is a different concept, but
it is what the new WPRC, Inc. is all about.

Thank you to Chuck W3ON who has just posted the following changes to the
WPRC, Inc. web site.  http://www.wprcinfo.org

1. Revised Oct 21 2012 meeting notes. (revisions made and approved Nov.
17th) Also added correct Treasurer Report.  
2. Posted the November 17, 2012 meeting notes.  (A very special thank
you to everyone who attended the Special meeting and made very valuable
contributions and commitments.)  And the food we all shared was
awesome!!!

As a reminder we have completed the necessary tasks and WPRC is now an
official Incorporation.  Speedy Jeff, N8PSU is to thank for this effort.

Hope to see everyone at the January 20th meeting as posted at
http://www.wprcinfo.org  (Everyone interested in sharing some food
again?)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...  ( see you on the other side of
