Hmm. It seems that the July Newsletter PDF file attachment was stripped 
by the MailMail News service. This system is somewhat experimental at 
the moment.
I have made a change that should allow the July Newsletter file 
attachment to go through. I do have another option. I could simply post 
the July Newsletter to the www.wprcinfo.org web site, and then create a 
link that you could use to read the newsletter. At the moment, I would 
rather that you have your own personal copy of the W.P.R.C. Newsletter. 
So, lets try it again. Please, there is no need to respond to this 
email, as I also am on the WPRC NEWS service. If my copy is delivered 
without the July Newsletter PDF as an attachment, then I will know that 
something else is causing this situation. Hi Hi.
