[Wprcnews] April 21st Regular Meeting Notes & Report

Thank you to everyone who attended the April 21st WPRC,Inc. Meeting at
the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Dept & Emergency Operations Center
Edinboro, PA.
 
We are happy to report that 28 people were in attendance. 

WPRC, Inc. is now on Facebook with a link at www.wprcinfo.org See if you
can find a friend or two in the April 21st meeting pictures.

It was very nice to see veteran members as well as new members and
guests in attendance for the meeting. 

As a reminder the April meeting report is published for review subject
to revision and approval at the next regular meeting, however with many
other items, the two very important list of possible decoordinations
were discussed again. Both lists were published January Meeting notes.
The intent is to work hard now, and with your help, to properly resolve
each item as quickly as possible.  Frank N3FB has submitted the revised
un returned coordination survey report.  This list reflects all surveys
that have not been returned as of April 28th.  Any listed are subject to
decoordination on June 20th 2013.   Note:  some listed may have received
replies after April 28th and the list will be revised. 

Thank you for the great responses we have received so far. Like last
time, please send any suggested meeting notes revisions or corrections
to sec at wprcinfo.org ASAP. We save a load of time doing this before the
meetings. Your help is critical in properly conducting WPRC, Inc.
business.
 
We accomplished a lot in the April meeting and as a group and we are
working through a lot of items as you will see in the copious notes.
Again, with your help we may open up some frequencies or find a long
lost trustee or two.  Anything unclaimed will return to the available
pool on June 20th 2103.

and approved January meeting notes on the WPRC, Inc. web site as well.
NOTE:  There were no revisions in the January notes as you will see
mentioned in the April report.
